
I can tell you it most certainly was not more straight forward than a person, it dragged me through a very long process I already did again despite me telling the problem at the very top of the call, then when I got to the part where there were difficulties on the first place, all it said was “a human will have to help you with this problem, frustrating, I know :) call back tomorrow” the call was an effective waste of time. It was a 30 minute call that could have been 5 with an actual person
