PSA: if you struggle with insomnia, might be worth trying magnesium supplements next. there’s a couple types, i was surprised what a difference 250mg magnesium citrate made for me

Just be careful bc taking too much or using too long can cause some GI issues (I can’t really take any for example bc I’d be up all night poopin my pants)

helps with relaxing your muscles and calming your nervous system. it has laxative properties too (not fast-acting lol, so that part won’t kick in while you’re sleeping) though, just as a heads up—could be a pro or a con depending on who you are. nobody recommended it to me as an option for sleep improvement before, so i figured i’d pass the knowledge forward 🫡
