Ok so from everything said under this post here’s my response to all of you. I have never been assaulted by an immigrant. I have however been raped. Twice. By two separate white men. On two separate occasions. So the argument that “they’re coming in to rape us and they’re dangerous” the white people in this country are dangerous. 2. Just because you commit a crime to come in doesn’t mean you’re continuing to commit crimes. Most of the people coming in are stuck on the straight and narrow as they
Yea hundreds of years ago when they followed the rules and came here legally with the correct means—not illegally. No one has a problem with immigrant themselves . What we have a problem with is the fact that because of how many are coming over here secretly and illegally, we no longer know who or what kind of people are in our country, nor what they are capable of, at least with natives and people born here they are already in multiple systems and can early be identified if they do something.
Yea I hope we allow so many Muslims into the country that Sharia Law is implemented into certain areas. Certain cultures do not belong here and no one can convince me otherwise. We see what has happened to the UK and the rest of Europe. Sounds great to follow in their footsteps right? It’s not stereotyping to say that a certain group cares less about the rights of women when they will openly state that it’s true. Again, certain cultures do not assimilate and do not belong here.
If they act inferior, then they are inferior🤷♂️ Don’t cry and say it’s because “I’m white”, no, it’s because I have seen FIRST HAND what a “diverse and inclusive society welcoming of immigrants from developing countries” brings…When things like violence and drugs are so normal and part of everyday life in their culture, what makes you think they drop that part of their identity when they move? They don’t.
These opinions are so surface level 🙄 tens of millions of people have moved here in 50 years, possibly up to 50 to 100 million. There is no country anywhere in the world, especially in Africa, Asia, South America or the Middle East that could handle a fraction of this or would have. Look at Mexico is treating illegal immigrants at the moment if you want to see what oppression looks like
America is a country of immigrants. Except for native Americans, everyone here is from somewhere else. It is antithetical to the American experiment to be anti immigrant. Of course there should be rules, but the immigration laws haven’t changed in decades. We need labor and people but the government hasn’t created the system to do that. I do not fault anyone who came here illegally. We sold the world that we are the land of opportunity but didn’t give them legal ways in.
We haven’t created the legal framework for asylum or for the workers needed in the United States. We advertise to the world that we are the greatest country on earth and the land of opportunity, and that we need workers, just to have people like you say “come in legally”. I’m sure theyd like too. Next time you eat a fruit or vegetable, be fucking grateful.

Sure they’d like to do it legally. Who wouldn’t? But that doesn’t change the fact that they are breaking our laws. They want to come here bc our laws are better and SAFER than the ones they have back home. So they want to come to our home for our laws and freedoms. But they wanna test the boundaries before they even are allowed in.
But it’s true tho lol, I’m an immigrant and the whole process took 8 years. It’s considered disrespectful to us that we had to go through years of all those processes just for others to skip the line and get in without any consequences. I’m from the 6th most deadly country in the world and I didn’t flee my country to enter into another one illegally, I followed the rules.
I’m talking America. America is our home. We were born here, we are citizens. If someone comes into my home without a propped welcome or invite or legally I would stand my ground and protect my family and neighbors. So therefore I treat America as my home. And that’s specifically why I said home not house. Houses can be changed. A home can’t. Also religion is in politics, it’s everywhere. Look around you. It says “ IN GOD WE TRUST” everywhere. It’s been that way for a VERY long time.
When we have open jobs and we need them to feed America, we are inviting them in. When we don’t create the legal framework, people like you demonize immigrants despite being descended from them. We could fix the immigration system, but fear of the other leads to a voting bloc that is against immigrants, despite needing them. No difference between a house and a home. In god we trust was created in the 1950’s… so not a long ass time.
We dont have as many open jobs as we once did. Hence why we have a homeless problem. But that also is a whole other debate bc some of them are js lazy ah ppl. I don’t demonize. Not all immigrants are bad. ILLEGAL ones are choosing to be bad by breaking our laws. Yea there is. A home is the family a house is the building. 1950 was a long time ago, about 75 years ago. But even before then politicians used some religion to at least help guide their laws and regulations.
Ok home and house are synonymous. You may feel “home is a family” but that’s not linguistically true. I’m dropping the linguistics debate. We have plenty of old farm jobs. Homelessness is not caused by the employment rate. Yes lazy people exist but let’s stay on immigration. Those immigrants who break the law by entering the country illegally, because we wanted to hire them and we wouldn’t let them in, feed the country. They pay taxes. They offer hard work.
Huh idk. Does everyone who speeds over 20 mph automatically do other crimes? Does smoking weed mean you’re gonna deal fent? No of course not. Someone entering illegally is not a sign they’re gonna do more crime. If anything, the data shows that they get arrested less cus they’re trying to lay low.
Ok I will admit that wasn’t the best statement. But I also did mention that they could do just as bad or worse crimes. Usually they are equal. But it depends on why they are here. Some want to bomb us and be terrorists, some just want a good calm life. But we never know which life they are choosing. So therefore we as America have to be cautious and take the safe route and put up the borders to protect the citizens
That’s a valid point, trying to keep Americans as safe as possible can be a successful route if done right. Right now everything I see surrounding the “deport them all” side has a racist tone towards it, as if any brown person could be an illegal. I know majority of immigrants are brown or have darker complexion, which makes this more of a hate operation more than a safety precaution. Hence the backlash from millions of Americans when Trump greenlit racial profiling.
god didnt bless you with shit, people worked their fucking asses off for you to have what you have. god created this world, but hes not sowing seeds, hes not picking apples, hes not building shit, hes not even responsible for the money you have or the privilege you have to be here at this school. he created it, but this is our world and its people who are supporting and blessing one another.
5.immigrants help with our infrastructure. They are creating homes, they are taking jobs people don’t want, they are paying bills and taxes. Yall see someone with a different skin tone and immediately jump to “oh they’re here illegally” not “oh this amazing person just built my house which I never could’ve done on my own” they are HELPING very few are hurting. They do more for us than your white neighbor would do for another white neighbor
Study done by who? And have you lived in the LA area, Chicago, or any big city with a hood? As somebody who has lived in a predominantly non white area and have been targeted for simply being white by blacks, I have never felt safer living in a predominantly white area here in Missouri.
6.culture. Different cultures are BEAUTIFUL. Watch some videos of Hispanic celebrations I highly recommend. WE ARE A MELTING POT. THE WHITE PEOPLE ARENT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. WE ALL CAME HERE ILLEGALLY. America is beautiful because we have all come together and have shared who we are and our cultures and it is truly depressing to know there are people out there that don’t think other people deserve to be here because of the color of their skin and the culture they share
Anyways that’s my two cents. I’m now not responding to anyone because half the comments just have hate in their hearts and I don’t feel like dealing with it. To the people that support immigrants-I love you, keep fighting, it’s hard to see all the bad news and keep pushing but we got this. To the people chanting MAGA and being racist and shit- fuck you, choke on a dick, and have the say you deserve
This take is inferior. You stopped looking into the topic once it reached an element that is comfortably not your responsibility. If we keep the conversation running and ask, “Why do violence and drugs seem to be such a part of certain cultures?” That’s when we get answers like, gerrymandering by local governments, intentional higher access to weapons and drugs in a lower income community.
That you’ve witnessed a damaged community first hand is not clout that you know how it works. That community probably has a higher number of industrial jobs right? Probably a lot of liquor stores and not a lot of grocery options? Maybe some large dumps near by and a recommendation to filter the water? Stuff like that is very intentionally allowed in certain areas, always by the local governments, and always in higher minority population centers.
Or because the UK is a secular country. Religious theocracies use sharia law (Iran, Saudi Arabia), secular ones like Egypt, Indonesia, Malta, Cyprus, Bosnia, don’t use sharia law. Muslims moving here does not equal more sharia law. You’re scared of the “other” because you can’t control other’s actions. I recommend a 12 step group or therapy
Drunk drivers affect you directly by increasing your risk of danger. Immigrants do not directly increase your risk of danger. In fact, all studies show that illegal immigrants commit crimes at a lesser rate than us citizens. I know this analogy is tough for you but I hope this helps.
Is Nigeria or Malaysia a Religious theocracy? The answer is no. Sharia Law is implemented into Muslim countries who don’t operate under a religious theocracy. To say that ONLY religious theocracies implement sharia law is completely false. Nigeria has a secular constitution and still implements aspects of sharia law.
Ah yes, you are too ignorant (or incompetent) to actually engage in the conversation so u wanna play semantics about an example. If you want the process to be easier (I DO TOO!) then SUPPORT AND PROMOTE THAT! When I say I want more drunk drivers to get home without killing someone, I CAMPAIGN FOR MORE SAFE ALTERNATIVES TO DRIVING, NOT TO GIVE THEM THEIR KEYS
Your experience is not the experience of all and therefore the laws aren’t meant for you personally. Immigrants are necessary when they come here through the legal means. (And the process needs to be change because it’s too difficult for good and productive people to come here) A nation that doesn’t enforce borders ceases to exist and the values diminish. There’s a reason people flee their countries and if you take on too many, this country becomes that.
Bruh you’re not reading. We need them for different industries. We haven’t created the legal framework for them. They are necessary for the US ECONOMY regardless if the legal framework has been set up yet. We don’t become poor or dangerous because some people leave poor and dangerous countries to come here. Makes no sense. They’re not bringing their economic policies here. They’re bringing labor, and paying taxes.
The Bible does not tell us how to make national laws for a country. Sorry. Wanting law and order is not against biblical teachings. Most conservatives I know do NOT hate immigrants. Some ARE immigrants. They just want immigration to follow the laws of the land. The CURRENT law. Not talking bout like when the country began.
You can’t have a debate with someone whose argument will always go back to “because that’s what my god says”. It’s called the religious fallacy. Of course I can debate with people who are religious, but I can’t debate with someone whose justification for their political ideas is religion, because it’s a fallacy.
Trump has pardoned more convicted fraudsters than alleged Somali fraud. The ones he pardons are white tho so you don’t care. No evidence immigrants grape at higher rates than Americans, in fact data shows the opposite. Your leader is being blackmailed by Israel into doing whatever they want. STFU about being loyal to their “home country” lol
Ok so if they really hated where they came from why do they continue to treat America(the place they wanted to be so badly) the same way they treated their home country and people:like crap. I’m not saying to abandon religions or cultures, but if your culture/relation is so far off of decent world values(like not 🍇ing or marrying kids or killing family members for leaving the religion) then why do they want to be somewhere that is so very against that????
Technically….Native Americans also migrated to North America from Asia. But there was no nation so it’s not immigration. Same with when Europeans took over. There was no true nation in North America. It was a bunch of tribes fighting each other. Now there is a nation which has boundaries/laws. Which is why immigration policy is now enforced and previously wasn’t. I’m glad we have rules. Being conquered probably sucks.
The difference is that the natives were the first humans to arrive while the Europeans arrived and displaced the natives who already lived here…it’s one thing if the Europeans integrated into indigenous societies, mixed with the natives and created a hybrid culture (this was the case in most parts of the world where there were migrations/invasions). But the reality in the US was one of violent displacement and permanent demographic change
Also on the one hand you say the natives were fighting each other and taking each others land. But on the other hand you’re saying there was no true nation. Sure, there weren’t borders on a map like we recognize today, but the tribes definitely had a sense of where their land ended even if it wasn’t formally documented/written down (e.g. the Iroquois confederacy). So your logic that the Europeans weren’t immigrants because there was “no nation” is contradictory
