For context, students needed to create a landscape that is fully shaded and uses techniques we learned in class. The rubric clearly states they need to use color theory along with using at least 3 of the 6 color pencil techniques. On the formative assessments, students did great. But now that they're putting it all together, they're only doing bits and pieces. And not only did everyone have a copy of the rubric, but it's online under the assignment.
