I am working at the university in exchange for tuition, and I am literally at one of the cheapest public universities in my country on top of that.

If you genuinely want to do a masters, looking into teaching assistantships at the universities in your state. Fill out the FAFSA and apply for aid. If you want a doctorate, most schools pay you for that anyway. It is possible to do it without being able to afford it. I literally can’t take more loans thanks to the new professional degree thing, so I found another way. You can go back to school. It’s hard as fuck, but you can do it.
