Why should a mother or father be forced to stay with each other? In a lot of states, they're already forced to bring an accidental baby to term. Let's not start villainizing them for at the very least being able to choose not to be partnered any more. It's better for children not to be in a home where the two adults don't like each other. Children need peace bro

Ya and a female rapist should not be able to keep the baby. But the thing is rape is apparently too hard to prove so it happens sooo often and soo many people get away with it :,(
