Yeah I had this when I worked at Walmart. I came in the morning and one of the fridges had gone down for god knows how long and all the food was room temp. I took it all off and wasted it as procedurally it can only be out of chill for a maximum of 20 minutes before it’s unsafe for sale and I got yelled at for “destroying the waste budget” and that it could have still been sold. Ok? Let’s get sued for poisoning people instead then? We could even be personally prosecuted if they proved we knew?
