I hate the whole ‘cat people love both cats and dogs while dog people hate cats’ thing. Apparently that’s a widely held belief. I love both. Dogs are just my favorite animals of course I prefer them to cats. Doesn’t mean I hate cats. Cats are cool too

Honestly I used to say I’m a cat person but then I became my dogs ‘person’ and have fully converted. If cat pee didn’t have such a strong ammonia smell it’d be a closer race

I would never own a dog because I hate the amount of attention and training they need but I love cats I don’t hate dogs at all but I would hate to own a dog

It definitely is a more active pet owner role. It is nice to be able to leave for the weekend and just make sure your cat is stocked up on food and water. Instead of either having to take your dog or find a sitter

And if you don’t train a cat to use the litter box then so do they ???? Every animal needs to be taught what they’re supposed to do. No animal is born knowing the rules of your household 💀

Yeah I travel a lot and I already have 5 fish tanks so that’s where my main focus goes into caring for the fish tanks
