I think that previous generations also had a bad dating scene but it’s just more acceptable to talk about casual sex these days. It was still happening back then just people kept it more hush.

As someone in a 6 year relationship and getting married next year, the dating scene is in fact that bad. The horror stories I hear about dating apps. I’m lucky

Nah I get your point, my anecdotes only come from those around me, so just like anybody it’s not the universal experience, but yeah I’ll tell my friends it’s a skill issue
