Sometimes I wonder if after a woman gives birth they kinda just stop trying to stay in shape and get fatter or if it’s actually because they got pregnant. Like not even on any misogynist/fatphobe type shit. Nothing wrong with being big. Just curious

I’m not even a woman and I am able to understand that when you have kids, and have to take care of a kid all the time and also sometimes work too, you don’t necessarily have the time to work out constantly. Women have to give the kid more attention than the man. That’s just how it is and how it always will be. I’ll think my wife is the most gorgeous women ever no matter what lol

A child needs care constantly. You stop having time for yourself because the baby always needs something. Not to mention you’re really not supposed to be doing shit for 6-12 weeks on the chance that you tore during birth and are bleeding. C-sections can be worse.

Only cause I have a buddy that got a TBI, was wheelchair bound for 2 years, got fat, had to relearn to walk, and then got in shape again. And idk but there’s no way that’s easier than a pregnancy

The only reason I didnt keep any weight from my pregnancy is because of genetics and my fast metabolism. Having a baby young probably affected that too. Everyone is different.

Sure, but you don’t really even have to exercise to maintain a healthy body weight. You just have to eat right

Hard to think about what you need to be eating to stay healthy when you have a newborn that’s waking up every few hours. Also, postpartum depression.
