My job lets me say no to call ins with zero consequences it's awesome

What's your job!? Like my one job you literally can't say no bc there isn't enough staff, but it's a brand new business so they can't afford to hire more ppl yet 😭 My other job 'lets you say no' but there are hidden consequences. Like you are punished, viewed as a 'lazy' 'incompetent worker', get low schedule priority, get shifts taken away, they talk mad shit on you at the manager meeting, etc
