Why am I eating a whole pack (4 rows) of Oreos every 5 to 6 days? I am a pretty fit 19 year old dude who is very physically and mentally active, and meal preps all meals so with protein and fiber. However I’ve developed this habit for a month and idk why.
Hmm. Maybe you’re your body is burning calories faster than you think and you’ve developed a sweet tooth? I’m a female and am very active/meal prep but I also have a wicked sweet tooth.
