This but unironically. Honestly that's the actual reason for basically all of our imperialistic endeavors this term, oil or minerals/ resources. The Greenland shit, though he tried to initially justify it as necessary "strategic defensive location", is for drilling untapped oil and mineral reserves. Getting more active in Ukraine, more recently, was so he could make deals to ensure we get some of their minerals. It's all underhanded and disgusting.
