Ok but also, what good is laundry soap then? It’s soap! Do you take a bath with body soap or body sanitizer?

Laundry detergent is good for removing dirt. But it doesn’t kill germs. It’s not made to kill germs. It never claims to kill germs.

Body soap can kill germs. Not sure why it can but laundry detergent can’t.
