If a man goes into a women's bathroom i'd consider that not OK, no problem if he was a woman. Not everything is black and white and can be covered with blanket statements, man and woman should be treated as equals, but it's just wrong to say they should be treated EXACTLY the same always, when they're in fact quite different. Kind of like how a parent should love all their kids equally, but that doesn't mean they all get treated exactly the same to achieve that.
I don't think that completely identical treatment across all aspects with no situational consideration is ideal or beneficial for anyone. People are different, you can't shove a square peg through a round hole. Equality and fairness, in an ideal scenario, would be handled on a case by case basis for each individual with all of that individuals aspects considered.
Ya not only would it be illegal and should be for a woman to go into the men's bathroom, some women are predatory (yes less than men statistically geez). But you also worded it as "men go into women bathroom is bad, but if it was a women it's fine", like duh a woman going into a woman's bathroom is fine
Sure! In the marine corps, the strength test requirements are different for men and women. This is because if women were expected to pass the strength qualification designed for men, a fewer sample of the applicant population would make it into the position. The rules are different to PRESERVE equality. I chose the bathroom one because it's silly, as you seem to trouble grasping.
Ya so no one is disagreeing with you. Obviously we are different physically but in the eyes of the law punishments should be the same? You've made exactly zero points bc your english/choice of words is horrendous. Holy shit guys we found fucking Sherlock over here, women generally aren't as strong as men!
