Hopefully you are ok, stay hydrated. I’ve had the worst cramps this one time and high school and they never came close to that pain again

yeah i'm drinking a lot of water. i know i have something called vaginal atrophy and i need to get treated for it but there aren't gynos near me taking patients 😭
