it is actually not from a girl. the only give aways that have ever caused a guy to notice is eyeshadow or eyeliner in my experience

The one day I didn’t wear makeup at work a man asked me if I was sick 😃 he then said he thought I didn’t wear makeup. A man I saw almost daily for years. It was not subtle.
