I wonder how many of the people who can't get jobs actually just need help with their resume and need to learn how to interview. I could start a side hussle helping ppl with this but also that feels kinda dickish capitalizing on peoples unemployment lol

It’s not at all if they actually get a job. Now a lot of them expect easy wins, apply for 1 job and get the first job you apply for. Not how it works, they want instant results. Not how that works either.

For me the issue comes down to morals and the limited supply of policy jobs out there. Getting a masters degree in government relations would usually be great but atm it sucks

Anyways though if anyone out there is interested, I'd just like to say I've gotten a new job 3 different times post grad (im less than 3 years out) and I had internships every summer in college. If I know nothing else, it is how to get a job even if I don't actually have the skills needed to do the job. You just have to convince them you do and hope they don't ask you to prove it lol

I think there's a lot of policy jobs out there if you're willing to relocate. If you have only 2 or 3 cities you're willing to work in then yeah

True, I thought about that Cause the main issue is that I live in the dc area which is a tough market for policy atm
