No, if you have a baby, then you can handpick the parents who get to raise your baby and go through profiles so that you can guarantee your baby will have a good life. The goal of foster care is to return the child to their parents eventually. Adoption of a baby goes straight to a loving family who actually wants the kid. Google is free.

You go through an adoption agency not a foster care agency if you know off the bat you don’t want your baby you contact an adoption agency and sign off paperwork to another family for them to permanent install into theirfamily

Bc you look at the family profile and these families go through extensive background inspections and house checks in order to even be selected to be a family to adopt a child

turns out over 50% of adopted kids come from the foster care system.... so the statistics i gave earlier are still extremely relevant and cannot be ignored

Also, while a fetus is developing it’s still a part of the woman’s body. It becomes a part of her uterus. A woman should have the right to do whatever she wants with her body and her organs

No, it is inside her uterus but while attached to her uterus it is not part of her uterus it is a separate human being. You are not your mother nor are you your father. You are your own biological entity, and you have been since the moment you were conceived

It’s not separate it’s literally a part of her organ that continues to grow until it’s ready to detach and be its own being. I was a part of my mother until the day the surgeon cut her open and took me out. Couldn’t imagine arguing this much in favor of forcing people to use their bodies for something they don’t want to use them for

But no matter how much people argue against it, and even if abortions were banned federally, I would still find a way to get one if I got pregnant. All abortion bans do is make it so women have to seek out unsafe and often FATAL methods of abortion
