It’s one thing to want to help a person it’s another to bully a person to make yourself feel better. Part of losing weight is figuring out why you cannot lose weight. You’re not my doctor so you don’t have a place to tell me about my body thank you.

And stop saying being overweight prevents you from living life there are so many doctors, surgeons, nurses lawyers that are physically overweight but they still make money. We don’t need you to tell us we’re overweight. Trust me we know we’re overweight. And if I’m being honest, many doctors and nurses that are overweight, tend to be less judgmental because they understand. They actually want to help. Some of you are bullies that haven’t mentally aged out of HS.

I HATE it when people bully others for being overweight and then try to excuse it by saying “well I’m only trying to help by pushing them in the right direction”. There are so many other ways to help people better themselves that don’t involve purposely hurting their feelings

You’re not entitled to know anyone’s medical history, anyone’s medical records or anyone’s personal information. You’re not entitled to know what a person is dealing with day-to-day mentally and physically. Mind your business you’ll probably live a better life.

Yes that’s why I encourage people because I’m plus size I encourage people just do not listen to anyone who’s not a medical professional. And if a medical professional is bullying you 1 you need to report them. 2. find someone else that actually cares because that’s part of losing weight. Sometimes we don’t know there’s something medically wrong that’s causing us to not be able to lose weight. It is not always food. “Oh you need to back away from the table”I hate that assumption
