Well, hinge only shows you people who you set your preferences too. So, if you’re matching with people over 40 you’ve set your preferences to allow that which makes them think you’re interested in men over 40. lol But it is strange. I prefer to follow the half my age + 7 rule.

i’m pretty sure thats what they meant they were experimenting with.. like changing the settings to see how many 40+ dudes actually swipe on her. but i totally agree with the my age in half +7 rule!!
