If you just go to school & don’t have to work on top of that there’s no reason you shouldn’t have amazing grades

This is coming from somebody who works part time and gets pretty damn good grades. You don’t need to put other people down for their struggles. People’s brains work differently. Not everyone is some efficient robot built for academia. It works for some ppl and it doesn’t for others and there’s nothing inherently wrong with you if you don’t do well in college, you’re just built for a different path. If you do good in college; great! No need to be a bitch about it though

If someone has that extra time & is not utilizing resources to get the extra help them then that’s a problem. You can cry about it 😂

In college mental health is not always an excuse. If you’re not actively working on bettering your mental health, you’re apart of the problem too.

& if you’re that offended by me saying “there’s no reason you shouldn’t have amazing grades” then you’re soft af & need to cope with other people having a different opinion than yours.

Some STEM majors aren’t that hard lol. And then there’s majors like engineering which are hellish. Pretty good reason not to get great grades

It’s actually good logic because if school is your only responsibility really, you should have plenty of TIME to complete your work at a satisfactory level, go to tutoring, meet with professors or class mates outside of class. Which would all benefit your grade. I think the simpleton is you my friend

not everyone can be happy. it's called having depression of different types, and not having enough money for medication. sometimes, medication doesnt work. grow the fuck up. you're part of the problem if you think someone can just not be mentally ill by being happy. not everyone is fucking normal like you. -sincerely, a mentally ill person trying their fucking best

Had great grades in high school, took classes at a local university and did great too. 4.0 in both schools. Then I actually went to college, the environment and being so far from home affects me so deeply. As a compartmentalizar I don’t even feel it on the outside, but ik why I’m struggling

You’re right, it’s not always an excuse, because it’s a real issue. Everyone with mental illness is trying their best to get by. I’m on meds for adhd and have anxiety and depression. The meds don’t do much, but I’m still taking them to try to be better. Last year I was in a bad living situation with a bad roommate and the housing office didn’t do anything which took a toll on my mental health and my grades. I’m in a better living situation and better grades but still battling mental illness.

I’m not crying about anything hun trust me. You can have your little opinion all you want. That doesn’t change the fact that your opinion is just wrong lmao, and doesn’t take into account disabilities, different wirings in people, and just different life paths. A little empathy goes a long way. As for you, you seem like a very angry and judgmental person. I hope you find your path soon

I’ll have my little opinion all day hun, telling someone their opinion is wrong is goofy. It does take that into account because there are plenty of resources to help people that think differently. Trust I’ve already found my path! as for being an angry person I could easily say the same for you ☺️ hope that helps!

What major? STEM classifies a lot of different majors. Some of a difficulty where you can have the time to work while others are of a difficultly that will make you feel like you barely have enough time to focus on your classes. A major like psychology is very different from mechanical engineering, and they are both stem.
