idk why men are mad about providing like how you don’t want me to work, want me to look cute, want me to be happy and fun and then also don’t want to give me money?

As someone who lived with my bf (now fiance), I think the best balance is that I still work and do whatever with my money, and he just happens to handle all the bills. I’ve never paid for rent, utilities, groceries, or dates. But almost all of my check went to student loans to pay them off faster, and I still get gifts and things for him:)

you just have to find a partner that’s right for you. and that’s willing to give you the things you want / deserve. and trust you will get just that when the right one comes along :)

I agree!! It isn’t long since we moved in together, and I think we wouldn’t have done it if we weren’t already 100% sure that marriage is our next step together:) he’s just in the military and was getting stationed so far away that we decided to just go for it since he lives off base. But thank you so much!! I pray you also find your other half who is on that same wavelength as you 😊❤️

me and my bf do the same thing. and i agree with you , i think it’s a great balance. he’s traditional and doesn’t want me to work but i still do , im not getting this degree for nothing lol. and it’s still nice to have my own money. congratulations on your engagement 🤭 i think my bf will propose after i graduate in december. i hope so. i wish you well in your future marriage 💕

I mean usually in a stay at home spouse situation. There should just be a joint account you both can access since it’s technically both your money.
