Some do. A lot of Christians think that Noah took baby dinosaurs on the ark, since the Bible references dragons, but those babies didn’t make it long post flood

the bible says that God experiences time differently then people do, so the “days” referred to in the creation could have taken millions of years. so in between God creating the earth and creating people, there was a “day” where god created creatures which could be dinosaurs. at least that’s how i see it idk about everyone else

This is considered the “day age theory” and it’s definitely a valid interpretation of the events. There’s also the “gap theory” and the “day week theory”
