I don't have npd, but I think I'm pretty narcissistic. I just really love myself and think I'm really cool and funny and smart and I'm SUPER attractive to myself (I don't think others feel that way about me, but I do!)

Narcissism is considered a spectrum and literally every single person has some degree of narcissism- and these behaviors to some degree, but a very small percentage of people are actually diagnosed with NPD. About 7% of men and 5% of women from the last study I’ve read.

I feel like in society, genuinely loving yourself is scorned as narcissism. Everyone tells you to love yourself until you actually do, then they wanna beat you with clubs or something 😭
