When I was little & didn’t know better we used to let our cats outside. One got a torn ear. The other got shot with a bb gun once time, another time he seemingly got caught in a drain or something & was missing for several days. After we made them indoor he’d still get out. He eventually caught something out there that ran through him in a week & killed him. Keep cats indoors.
