Alright give me your most brutally honest advice. I’m 130 exactly, trying to lose 10 pounds before June. I train heavy (esp glutes) and try to get cardio in most days of the week. My biggest problem is diet. Any tips to stick to it!!

Honestly the easiest thing to do when you're stuck is cut out one of the meals you eat in a day. It could be breakfast, lunch, dinner, or your dessert. It's the best way to get a bigger cal deficit without dieting and restricting from foods you enjoy. Or fasting for a super long time

Calorie deficit does the trick well. Find what your daily calorie intake should be and try not to go over it. It’s upsetting but it works 👍🏻

I struggle with me diet so much as well. Unfortunately I think it’s really just a mental game, I don’t think there’s much we can do besides fighting against our own mental

What about diet is your biggest problem? Do you just struggle to eat clean, in a deficit, etc?
