Bc average height women is 2-4 inches shorter than men, men have higher muscle mass which is heavier than fat, and also bmi scales are absolutely bullshit and should be ignored if the person is healthy and active

The average man is 5’10 the average woman is 5’4 😭. BMI is accurate for people with average body composition. When you’re obese it’s more likely to cause health issues
