I’ve met more than one person afraid of butterflies and I’m so confused can someone explain? They’re just goofy whimsical little bugs with pretty wings. 🦋

I love butterflies but I have a phobia of moths so I kinda get it. having a big flying thing rapidly fluttering in your peripheral vision can be scary

my inability to appreciate them for having pretty markings or for being cute & fluffy is sorta embarrassing 🙂‍↕️ like I’m gonna lose too many aura points and get my goth tomboy card revoked or something
