Idk. Idk what’s important to be honest. I kind of understand why people would designate character as important and why it’s necessary for an actual society. But on some level I just don’t get why it’s so supremely important that it’s at the center of everything in life and religion, in a way. Especially when it seems so boring and pretty simple

Are we as wholly isolated as we may seem deep in these thoughts, or do we have deep impact on the people and very environment around us? Within us? Constantly? Most of us will not be geniuses, most of us will not be wealthy. None of these things really matter in the final moments of our brief stays here though. The impact will happen regardless, however seemingly large or small. But how? How will we act, process, internalize, view, etc? That is character.
