I know you’ve heard it but I want you to truly think about why you feel this way, because you didn’t come up with this alone, it’s been pushed onto you like it has all of us. It’s terrifying in this world and constantly feeling watched or judged but honey you are human, you were not made to be a painting, you were not made to force yourself into the attractive box men have created, you were made to live, survive, and overcome, and I’ll ask you to do that with all of those thoughts.
