I have a biometric scale and i lost 1% body fat. I’m not saying most of it is not water weight but also what’s the need to be rude you can just be happy for others btw

Baby girl im a body builder i have done this since i was 13, im not being rude im telling you its not fat or muscle its water, if you think its fat youre gonna have a melt down in a month or two when you are only losing a pound a week and lose interest because you feel like its not working

Yeah you definitely dont need to be eating that little, you can eat drastically more and still make very good progress

And I’m in med school, baby girl. This was a random post on yy, this is not advice for anyone why are u so pressed 💀 and nobody is having a meltdown, anyone who is older than 15 knows it takes work and dedication and sometimes up to 2 years to body recomp. Pls relax

Clearly you arent in med school if youre 250lbs eating 1500 calories lmao, gtfo I wasnt being mean or rude at all i was just simply saying that it is water weight You need to clearly retake some classes if you think you lose a pound of body fat in a single day

If youre working out aswell, good lord cant even imagine how horrible youre gonna feel in a month going from god knows how many calories to 1500
