It’s frustrating though. Like why are other people just able to not answer. I refuse to be the only one working when there’s like 5 other people 😭 but he did give me extra hours so that was nice!

As a manager in hospitality, if I call you to come in and I notice you always do me the solid when you can, I’ll always give you the better sections. Scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours.

It’s unfortunate when you’re a good employee, depending on who is your boss. You either get little recognition and more expectations with firm disciplinary action when you mess up or if you have a good boss, you get the equal parts recognition, a firm guide and the respect you deserve. Godspeed

Yes I’ve noticed management is tougher on good employees which makes no sense.
