Try psychology today website it’ll connect you with therapists in your area and depending on what kinda of insurance you have you can filter people out. There are people who specialize in SA

They did for me I published 3 research papers in undergrad on well know platforms, was a leader among clubs, etc. they felt like shit. But it wasn’t out of spite it turned in to the ultimate fuck u unintentionally.

I did this and I meet regularly with my therapist like 1x week and it’s really helped me. I have a lot of work to do but reaching out and getting professional support is the best thing you can do for yourself. Hang in there 🫶

Hey they tell this to everyone because they won’t provide long term care except for active crisis situations! You are not too messed up, you are healing. If outpatient isn’t an option there are some anonymous survivors groups in the area I think, and there are lots of online groups! Most of all take care of yourself and your health! You’ve got this ❤️‍🩹
