You 100% lose me when you start talking about eating healthy lol I'll just continue eating like shit in small portions and going to Pilates every so often. I don't have to suffer how you do lol my mom didn't over feed me so I have proper portion control

You do you but there’s a reason over half of middle aged people in the US have chronic health issues

It's not from doing Pilates and eating appropriate amounts of food, I know that much

It’s not about the portion size. It’s about what’s IN the foods you’re consuming. Also, someone choosing to care about what they put in their body doesn’t mean they’re suffering 🤣

It is about portion size when you're eating more than rice and chicken lol you can eat like a pig if everything is 12 calories so portion sizes actually do matter when you're eating food because it actually tastes good rather than because that's what you're supposed to eat. And a lot of people are suffering lol most people aren't actively choosing sugar free 0 cal fat free gluten free and using a scale to see how many grapes they're allowed to have just because they think it's fun

The entire point went right over your head.

The entire point didn't go over my head. Obesity is the leading cause for several chronic illnesses. Eating too much and being too sedentary are the main reasons for why most people are obese. If you're not even overweight, just because you're not tracking macros and eating the same salad for lunch every day doesn't mean you're destined for chronic illness

True, I can’t see it bc it’s not there. You don’t have a brain.

Nobodies doubting if you eat a lot you’ll get fat, but it also has to do with what’s in the food. Read the back of a pack of Oreos, or hell, even your loaf of bread.

Eating a row of Oreos in one sitting isn't gonna turn me obese, but it is gonna make me full enough to not be hungry for 3 whole full meals in addition

I agree, so long as you eat clean foods
