How do you repost from a different community? I went to the arrow but i couldn’t select the other ones

all I know is that if you press the arrow, it should take you to the text box where you repost the original post. Then at the top, you’re able to press the Community name and it has a drop-down so you can select a different community to repost in. Or, some posts don’t have the arrow at all, so in that case I would just screenshot

Why are some options grayed out

whenever someone makes a post, they’re able to turn off the option of whether people can send DM’s or reply to the post. So as a viewer, the option is greyed out because the OP blocked it
