I’m not gonna lie I’m having the same issue, I’m a bit in denial but realistically yeah this is how I feel sooo um I feel the only thing I can do is emotionally detach a bit but yk not too much I still want to be there for them

Mine is on thin ice too, I’ve found that the more I complain the more he accommodates my needs and it’s more tolerable. Focus on what makes you happy.

same but he only “accommodates” in the moment or for the tiniest time frames then just goes back to how he is. people don’t change unfortunately
