find things that are fun. for example I love rollerblading & biking they’re fun & not as tedious as going to the gym but still a good workout

find fun hobbies that are active. i hula hoop, i go walking in nature, i dance, and i just move around my apartment. people just don’t move, they’re extremely rigid. do whatever your body tells you it wants
