Yeah it obviously varies person to person. I have a high libido too. And yeah I understand ovulation I study biology lol. But from a functionalist standpoint (which isn’t everything tbf) it makes just as much sense that a man would be as horny any day as an ovulating woman

And I study biology I def understand why women are hornier during ovulation. Reproductive science isn’t my particular field, but just from thinking about it for a bit it feels like from a functionalist standpoint (which tbf isn’t everything) it makes just as much sense for a man to be nearly as horny every day as a woman is during ovulation. Because a woman horniest during ovulation due to reproductive potential, but a man can reproduce any day

The only counter to that I can think of is maybe a woman is hornier in excess due to the comparative rarity of the situation, but then again idk, and obviously there is a lot of individual variation. I mostly posed that as a more rhetorical question though. I don’t think is something that has been empirically measured effectively, but an interesting thought
