I meant in general. Appts are normally 1-3 weeks out

Ohhhh okay my bad. I mean not to be That Guy but I’d still recommend it. Starting in 3 weeks is better than starting never. Other than that though I’d recommend yoga. It sounds cliche but it really helped me with my anxiety a lot.

I go to therapy regularly but gym/dance usually help way more when it’s my physical being with too much energy. I need this mental overload to chill
