i’m not saying anything bad, i’m just saying every ex i’ve had has loved energy drinks and true crime and then had wickedly bad anxiety after

no, no it’s not, it’s just a bad habit because too much caffeine and taurine is what gives you the anxiety if you don’t burn off the energy

I’m trying to cut back on caffeine. I’m actually 16 days clean of no caffeine energy drinks today. But caffeine relaxes me that’s the problem. :(

it’s relaxing in the beginning but the after effects aren’t worth it, same thing with s toxic relationship, it’s fine in the beginning and then the real stuff comes out and you regret everything

I just feel like I always have bad anxiety all the time. Nothing ever makes it better.

i mean you could try getting a psychiatrist and being put into like bupropion or buspirone or both (they’re non ssris and affect people differently than stuff like zoloft and prozac and lexapro) they also don’t affect your sex drive if you’re sexually active, a lot of my friends went from zoloft or prozac to those and they say the change is astounding, idk if someone can comment here on their experience with those two but i know the big 3 just make you numb but the other 2 don’t

It’s complicated. I can’t be on anxiety medication even though I know I really need it. I can’t be on it. Really any kind of anxiety medication
