Hey I know it sucks and may not feel like it now, but you dodged a bullet. Addiction is awful, sex addiction included, and this reaction to a very fair boundary you set indicates he’s not far enough in his recovery journey to be looking at relationships. Just take some time to cry it out, eat ice cream, do whatever you gotta do

addiction is a horrible thing to struggle with, no matter what it is. recovery involves a lot of ups, downs, and relapses. maybe he’ll reach out when he’s in a better place :)
