Literally like why was I gifted a DRESS when it’s beyond well known I hate skirts of any kind?? As my bf aren’t you supposed to know me better than this :(

ugh no i get it. unfortunately shit like that doesn’t get better 💔 it just ends up with slowly building resentment and a feeling of being ignored or perpetually misunderstood :(

there always is!! don’t ever lose that hope. my parents have soooo many little niche collections of things they get for each other. their first date was a play about frogs so now they each have a massive tiny frog figurine collection that grows every anniversary

Ugh I’m so sorry!!! I totally relate to this though so you aren’t alone I’ve always said I don’t like silver jewelry and I only wear gold and all I’ve ever gotten is silver and i also mentioned I hate legos but he buys me legos because he likes them so it’s like :/

Yeah I’m trying to look past it but it makes me feel like he isn’t the one even though I do love him… Im just taking things one day at a time at this point because outside of gifts I feel like we’re perfect
