I stopped cold turkey and just eat salty crackers when I was something sweet or like dark dark chocolate like 85% coco

Diet sodas aren’t good for you per say, but much better than the processed sugars we have so widely available in the U.S., high fructose corn syrup and the like, really any added sugars

I don’t have this problem, but I’m just curious how long it took for you to successfully quit cold turkey. Like was it your first try or did you have to try over and over again?
