Why would you use one Spanish word in a sentence full of English words?

Because that is the actual name of the sport. You don’t translate names. It’s like if somebody was named Jose you’re not gonna call him Joseph just because you were speaking in English.

but it was invented in england, so if we REALLY wanna be anti-translation you should say football 💔💔

Loud and wrong I see it was not invited in England but it was organized and modernized to the sport we all know today in London. Even FIFA acknowledges that fact.

you’re just wrong vro, football came first. the spanish translation literally has the word foot in it, which doesn’t exist in spanish. just say football if you’re talking in english and futból if in spanish. i don’t even give a fuck do what you want just don’t be surprised if you sound pick me

Yeah I’m over this argument and the only reason they called me a pick me was because I actually like the sport and I was talking about it with some guy friends that they happen to like.
