FR!!! Spreading kindness/joy/positivity/love is soooooooo rewarding. Even on a selfish level. I don't understand why more ppl don't see the value in it. Most humans are wired to get dopamine hits and other good jazz upon doing something good for another human/uplifting a fellow human. If everyone capitalized on this innate reward system, the world would probably be a beautiful place 😭❤️
