What if we just stop eating food and just take a supplement for everything. We will have some rations of carbs and protein so there's no starvation and some fats so the vitamins absorb better but other than that it's vitamins and supplements only
I’d be worried that it wouldn’t be enough for your digestive system to work properly. I’d be scared that if you went off the supplements your body wouldn’t know how to process normal food

Lowkey sometimes I wish I could do this. I’m tired of having to constantly plan well balanced meals and then cook said meals and then clean up from said meals
