I would say thats the wrong argument. The car definitely taps him. But that’s because the ice agent purposefully moved to the right, knowing she was trying to leave, leaned into the car when he could have moved, and shot three times after he wasn’t not even in any danger. There was no need to shoot the woman. Imo it is clearly murder and it’s unjustified. This was not self defense.

Exactly why the ice agent should have stopped his car infront of the car blocking it. It’s very unclear in the video her actual intent of “peeling out” she did accelerate very fast which makes it seem like she tried to run him over. Still I think both parties are in the wrong. To add context to this, anyone trained will tell you that the reason you don’t hold a gun directly to someone’s head is because it’s easier for them to dodge and try to take it from you, so that’s what I mean when I say you stand a better chance the closer you are. So I did watch the full video and when I mean full, I mean full, including her getting cut off by another car as they’re trying to move their vehicles out of the way for the ice agents. But if you look at the bullet hole, it fractures more to the left this implies that it was shot from the left. It doesn’t matter that it’s at the front of the car. The only way to get that shot is to be from the side of the vehicle.

I want you to know that first of all I’m not trying to be mean at all when I say this, but I have watched the video I would say about 30 times to ensure that what happened actually happened and I’ve also been trained to shoot guns before so I know how impact works on them. With his height compared to the car unless he was the worst shot ever he would’ve more than likely not been able to get this angle if he was in front of it when he shot. And like I told someone else, even if she tried to hit him with her car, which she did not even if his leg got clipped, he was actively moving in front of a car that was moving. Also for reference, the first shot was fired as her left headlight made contact with him, so “left side of the car” is kinda stretching the fact that he was at the front left corner, which is why the bullet hole looks like it was shot from, you guessed it, the front left corner or someone right on the hood

I saw as she was originally going to leave another car went in front of her, and then the ice vehicle pulled up and it looked most likely like it was trying to go ahead so she tried to let it, and when she tried to let it they got out of the vehicle and surrounded her, which is when she tried to leave and that man walked in front of her vehicle as she was trying to leave mind you she backed up first and turned.
