Nobody understand how I feel. I absolutely suck at making pasta dishes. The sauces never stays on, too thin,and it's always underseasoned. But I finally accomplished my dream of making a pasta dish that rivals a restaurant pasta dish. I'm proud of myself

It’s just a process like he said, getting good quality pasta, but also just learning how to get better at all the steps. I started sourdough this last summer and it took a few loafs to finally get something decent but now I can just slam out loafs like nothing

The pasta itself matters. Good pasta is made with machines that make tiny grooves all along. Also use some pasta water in the sauce to make it “emulsify” a little
