wise choice imo (I’m chronically ill too and yeah, having to bus ~1.5 hours across town for appointments is unreasonably disruptive) + frankly landlords can get wrecked I hope living closer to your clinic & family makes a big difference for you where quality-of-life is concerned 🫶🏻

I can see no possibility of this back firing what so ever. Even when there is a contract that you signed stating that you would pay rent for the term of your lease.

if you have family to live with it probably won’t be an issue, but if you ever decide to rent again then be prepared to pay off that bill off at that time. a corporate property will absolutely not rent to anyone that has an unsettled account at another property. you’d have more luck with a privately owned property, but it still won’t be easy
